I want to change my order: We are not able to change any order once the order has been placed.
I have received a faulty item: All of our products are checked prior to postage and ensure premium quality products. However, in the case of damaged goods there are return options available to you.
I have received the wrong item: In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item, please contact customer.wisecracker@gmail.com with the below information:
- Your order number
- The name of the order you received
- The name of the order you should have received
- Photo evidence of the undamaged goods
How do I return my items? We at W!SECRACKER honestly believe that you will be thrilled upon receiving our products that you purchase from us. This is because collectively our team has a focus on customer satisfaction.
However, sometimes we understand that a product may not be what you expected it to be. In this case, please follow the following steps (for any undamaged goods):
- Ensure all items are unwashed and still have their hang tags attached to the product
- Items can only be returned after 14 days after receiving them. Please do not return any goods after the 14 day period unless directed to by one of our Customer Service Officials
- Place all of the clothing you wish to return in the bag we sent out to you. We will accept alternate packaging however.
- The returns form must be filled in and sent back to our address. We are able to offer a refund or an exchange.
- Send via Royal Mail
Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately we do no offer exchanges. We have to follow an extremely strict protocol that is why we advise all of our customers to be absolutely sure on their purchase, or simply, why not order 2 items?
